Rather than be on autopilot all the time, step back and ask yourself- how else can I do this? What else can I do? Can I allow myself to not do this?
Respond, not React
There is a big difference between these two words. React is about being on autopilot (see #9). Respond is to be in thoughtful control of our feelings and actions.
Give yourself permission to live a little lighter, happier, crazier. It’s a time for cheer – just ask why not?
Ahhh – the feeling of just being. Being You. Being happy. Being quiet. Being loving. Or just Be.
