Where to start

Many times the hardest part is taking that first step.

You think about making a change when your inner self senses that something just doesn’t feel right about your life. But you have no idea how to get started. Or you are fearful. Or you are just too busy.

You have a blank page in front of you and just can’t find the right words.  This morning I sat in front of my computer and was wondering what to write on my blank page.  So I did what helps me most – I just wrote the first word, and then another and before I knew it, the words just flowed, giving me this blog post.

The same is true of reaching your goals.  Just take that first step.  Give that first action a chance and the rest will flow quickly.
